How Can I Tell If My Items Are Gold, Platinum or Silver?
Most items are stamped with the quality of metal. You can compare the markings to those listed on our What We Buy page to determine the quality of metal. We test every item using state of the art Xray Fluorescence Spectrometer which tests the true karat of your gold, and pay you accordingly.
What if I’m Sending Items of High Value?
When you ship your jewelry to us, the package is insured for up to $1000.00. If you believe your items are valued more than this, we recommend shipping your jewelry via the USPS Registered, Return Receipt and Insured. We will reimburse you up to $20.00 for these shipping costs. Please include a shipping receipt in your package.
How Do I Know How Much I Will Get Paid?
Within 24 hours of receiving your package we will email you with an itemized breakdown of your jewelry and our payment offer.
When Do I Select My Payment Method?
Immediately after processing your package we will email you detailing our payment offer and payment methods. You can reply to this email accepting our offer and selecting the payment method of your choice.
How Quickly Can I Receive Payment?
As soon as you reply to our email accepting our offer and providing the method of payment you prefer, your payment will be processed.
How Long Is My Shipping Label Good For?
The shipping label is good for 10 days from when the label is printed. If you require additional time simply fill out another form to receive another shipping label.

How Do You Determine My Payout?
Payout is determined by the weight and gold content of each individual item. We print our payout prices daily, so you can easily calculate your payout before sending us your jewelry. We will also send you an email detailing the breakdown of your payment offer.
What Happens If I Decide Not To Sell You My Items?
When your package is processed you will receive an email detailing our offer. You can email us back either accepting or declining our offer. If you decline our offer we will ship your items back to you free of charge.
