STEP 2: SHIP YOUR ITEMS
PRINTING YOUR OWN LABEL
1. After you complete the form (located on the upper right hand portion of your screen), two links will appear. Click on and print the information in each link. One will be your pre-paid shipping label and the other an Inventory Form to include in your package.
2. Place your jewelry securely in a plastic bag.
3. Enclose your jewelry and the completed inventory form in a free FedEx box, which can be picked up at any FedEx location. Attach the shipping label and deliver to a staffed FedEx location. Click here for staffed FedEx locations near you.
*Each package is insured up to $1000, if your need additional insurance ship your package via the USPS and we will reimburse you for shipping costs.
USING OUR GOLD-CASHKIT
1. After you complete the form (located in the upper right hand portion of your screen), we'll ship you our Gold-CashKit, which will arrive within 1-2 business days.
2. Place your jewelry in the bag provided and fill out the Inventory Form enclosed in the package.
3. Package both items in the provided FedEx Padded Pak. Deliver to a staffed FedEx location. Click here for FedEx locations near you.

STEP 3: PAYMENT
You’ll be notified by e-mail when we receive your package. Your package will then be processed within 24 hours, at which time we’ll e-mail you an itemized breakdown of our offer. Reply to our e-mail with your acceptance and preferred method of payment. Payment will be issued immediately.
We offer a choice of four payment options:
PAYPAL
Payment will be deposited into your PayPal account and available to you for immediate use. Simply provide us with your PayPal e-mail address and the cash will be transferred immediately. You may set up a free PayPal account if you do not have one. The sale is final once funds are transferred to your PayPal account.
WIRE TRANSFER
Money will be wired directly into your bank account. Please include a copy of a check in your Gold-CashKit so we have the correct account and routing numbers. The sale is final once funds are transferred to your bank account. There is a $12.50 charge for wire transfers which will be deducted from your payment.
CHECK via FedEx Overnight
A company check will be issued and mailed via FedEx Overnight Delivery. $15.00 will be deducted from your payment and the sale is final.
CHECK via USPS
A company check will be issued and mailed via the USPS. When you deposit the check the sale is final, or return it to us within 10 days and we will ship your jewelry back.
